The February 2009 visa bulletin is available now. For India – EB2 advanced by 6 months EB3 dates remain unchanged – EB2 dates are now 1 Jan 2004 where as EB3 its 15 October 2001. As expected the major changes may be postponed until new administration – Obama led government take over White House on Jan 20, 2009. Also December is a quite month with holidays and vacations, No wonder February bulletins showed no signs of any big advancement. For US employment based GC applications these dates are very important for persons to go to next stage of US green card process.
