All you have to do is go to browserforthebetter.com and download IE8. Microsoft will then donate either 41.15 or $2.30 per user until the limit of $1 million dollars are reached.

Tip : I personally like IE8 lot better than IE7, Even if you don’t plan to install you can just download to feed the hungry.
