“Cyber Monday” 2009 is the Monday immediately following Black Friday, i.e. November 30 2009 this year. Cyber Monday is believed to kick off of holiday online shopping season in the United States between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. “Black Friday” is for brick-and-mortar (B&M) stores as “Cyber Monday” is a busy day for online retailers.
The challenge for online retailers is to keep their websites up and running, Kohls and Staples had troubles during Black Friday 2009 to process the transactions because of online buyers rush
