Its the time of the month for immigration US Visa Bulletin. December 2009 bulletin remained same as November 2009 for Employment Based Visa Category. The only exception is that for India EB3 dates advanced by a week from November 2009 Visa Bulletin dates of 22APR01 to 01May01.

Here is Employment Based Visa Category dates :

EB1: All Current
EB2: All Current, except China (01APR05) and India (22JAN05)
EB3: All 01JUN02, except India (01May01), Mexico (01Jun02) and Philippine (01Jun02)
